We serve both government institutions and private sector companies across Indonesia.
We are looking for a driven Account Executive to develop new business opportunities and acquire digital application projects.
Job Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and approach government institutions and private companies
- Generate new web & mobile app project opportunities
- Conduct product presentations and business meetings
- Manage negotiations and close deals
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term client relationships
- Follow up proposals and business offers
- Coordinate client requirements with the technical team
3. Target & Revenue Achievement
- Achieve quarterly and annual project targets
- Contribute to company revenue growth
- Maintain sales pipeline and weekly reporting
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Minimum project acquisition per quarter
- Revenue target achievement
- Consistent client meetings & proposals
- Closing rate & revenue contribution
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in Sales / Account Executive / Business Development
- Experience selling IT services or software solutions (preferred)
- Existing network in government or corporate sectors is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiar with procurement or tender processes (preferred)
- Willing to travel and meet clients
