Job Description
As an Account Executive at Koperasiweb, your main responsibilities will include:
Handling Inbound Leads (No Cold Calling Required)
- Contact and follow up on leads coming from our website
- Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and email
- Schedule and conduct online meetings
- Present our software solutions via Zoom / Google Meet
- Close deals and manage the sales pipeline
Conducting Online Client Meetings
- Understand client needs and challenges
- Demonstrate product features and benefits
- Provide tailored solutions
- Follow up consistently until deal closure
Sales Targets & Performance Goals
- Achieve monthly closing targets
- Contribute to annual revenue goals
- Maintain and update sales pipeline reports
- Provide weekly performance reports
Social Media & Digital Communication Management
- Respond to Instagram direct messages and comments
- Handle inquiries from Facebook Ads campaigns
- Support digital campaign coordination
- Maintain fast response time for incoming prospects
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Minimum monthly closing target
- Revenue target achievement
- Response time under 5 minutes for new leads
- Maintain target conversion rate
- Consistent follow-up of potential clients
Qualifications
- Experience as Sales, Account Executive, or Digital Marketing professional
- Confident in conducting online presentations
- Familiar with Zoom / Google Meet
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable managing Instagram and Facebook Ads inquiries
- Experience in SaaS industry (Nice to have)
- Understanding of cooperative systems (Nice to have)
